Machining Technology

We provide complex, high quality CNC and conventional machining. Our turning center can handle parts up to 14" in diameter. Our machining centers have full 4-axis capability and table travel limits of 60”(X) x 30”(Y) x 30”(Z). We welcome one part or full production runs.

Our CAD/CAM programing utilizes the latest software and techniques and assures your parts will be made exactly to print and in the most efficient manner possible.

If a print is unavailable, our engineering department will draft one from a part sample to guarantee control over the manufacturing process.

From conventional equipment to 4 axis CNC machining and turning capabilities we can produce parts from simple cut blocks to the most intricate designs. Because of the limited tooling required by our methods we can offer prototype to production quantities at reasonable prices.
